Do you think that the government should pay the winter fuel
payment in the summer to those who are entitled and who use Oil or LPG fuel for heating?
This would enable them to buy the fuel when the price is at it lowest and before the cold weather starts instead of November or December as it is now when the weather is already getting cold.
If so write to your MP saying so.
